Pain is a precious information that something in you has to change now

Dear Souls,

I’m happy to start a new series of articles to help those of you who are hurting because of a heartbreak, a loss or a feeling of being stuck & unfulfilled. First, I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I now wish to help you get beyond your pain. How? There’s no miraculous formula to heal your heartbreak and pain but you can change your perspective on what pain is and how to turn it in greater love & wisdom.

When you experience a heartbreak and/or loss, the pain you feel is not something you have to reject, to numb and escape. Pain is a precious information that something in you has to change now. We so often have been taught to run from pain and seek only joy. Hold on, I’m not telling you to love pain and seek it, I’m telling you that you have to shift your perception of it. Pain needs to be understood to be healed. And if you wonder what do you need to do to start your healing? The answer is that your need to start your journey of understanding, so you can get to the root of the matter – behavior is the symptom, wound is the cause. Let me reframe: What triggers you and what you react to is the symptom, your deeper wound is the cause.

Healing is identifying your unworkable patterns, shifting your perception, breaking free from conditioning and disempowering beliefs, releasing past wounds and outdated paradigms; it is also shifting your belief system, letting go some people who do not reciprocate your heart somehow, and also being open to learn new things.

I have to tell you that this journey is not easy, and this is not something you can do overnight! This journey of healing requires a willingness to understand why you experience repeated heartbreaks and so much pain. Usually, we don’t commit to this journey until we endure an extreme level of suffering, repeated pain cycles, a deep inner struggle or/and a loss of a dear one. I can share with you that I’ve started this journey ten years ago and I’ve been restlessly doing this healing work. Healing yourself and the growth process are like a mourning and a rewarding experience as the same time. It’s an enduring but enlightening journey.

I’ve myself experienced so much emotional pain and I’ve been around a lot of people who suffer that I’ve became tenaciously curious to understand why I was suffering and why people do experience emotional pain. The only solution for me was to search and understand how I could have a better experience of life and alleviate my pain. As Rumi said: “The wound is the place where the light enters you.” It took me so many years to understand and accept that my emotional pain was the deepest natural signal and wake-up call for me to pay attention inward.

On my own journey, I’ve discovered my passion for writing, art and the healing arts like astrology; they are amazing modalities for personal transformation. Healing is a spiritual journey; I learnt to intuitively use those modalities to heal myself. I’ve also been guided and helped by fabulous teachers. I now want to help people gain clarity on their unworkable emotional patterns and limited beliefs so they can understand themselves better and heal.

Life is a permanent change. The only real thing we can get from life is the growth that comes by experiencing it. Take the light of your understandin & carry on with higher thinking. Progress is our mission.

God bless your hearts.
